Chattbase Connect privacy policy

Chattbase Connect is operated by iIRRAKI (Chafiq Chouqui), Morocco. It lets merchants connect a Shopify store to Chattbase for customer conversations and to Sendo for delivery operations. Each product requires a separate sign in and connection step.

Shopify information we use

• The connector stores the shop domain and Shopify installation credentials so it can authenticate the installed app. It displays a small product catalog preview inside Shopify admin.
• When a merchant connects Chattbase, Chattbase may use authorized product, customer, order, draft order, and tag information to show order context, support conversations, and run merchant configured actions.
• When a merchant connects Sendo, Sendo may use authorized order, fulfillment, customer contact, and shipping information to create delivery queue records and update Shopify order tags.

Sharing and storage

Shopify data is processed by the product the merchant chooses to connect and by the infrastructure providers that host it. Chattbase and Sendo users with the appropriate account permissions can access relevant records. Chattbase may also send information to connected messaging or delivery providers when a merchant uses those features. We do not sell Shopify customer data.

Retention and deletion

Uninstalling Chattbase Connect removes the connector's Shopify installation session and Shopify revokes its access. Data already stored in a Chattbase workspace or Sendo merchant account may remain for account operations or legally required records. Merchants and customers can request access to or deletion of their information by contacting us; we verify requests before acting and explain any required retention.
